The ET has allowed a claim to be presented out of time despite the claim initially being rejected to pay the issue fee. This decision follows the Supreme Court's judgment handed down on 26 July 2017 which ruled that the Employment Tribunals and Employment Appeal Tribunals Fees Order 2013 imposing issue fees was unlawful.
