Having been part of the local community for 250 years Gepp Solicitors were delighted to assist the 2nd Chelmsford Scout Group with a variety of raffle prizes for their Christmas Bazaar. In total an impressive £1,745.00 was raised on the day with all the money going towards making improvements to their ageing scout hut in Springfield. The Scout movement was founded over a century ago and has continued to unite young people from all backgrounds, inspiring and preparing them with skills for life.
Tragically the 2nd Chelmsford Scout Group suffered a couple of break ins over the summer and although nothing of value was taken, so much damage and mess was caused. It is inspiring how the local community rallied together and new windows and cupboards were repaired and replaced.
