This year has been a particularly rewarding one for Gepp & Sons Solicitors LLP because we were nominated in two categories in the LawNet Awards 2017. Our New Business Team was nominated for the Team of the Year award for their salesmanship, innovative use of IT and hard work and professionalism. The firm was also nominated in the category of Most Active LawNet Firm which recognises the way that we engage with the wider network of LawNet firms; take advantage of the superb training offered by LawNet; and also support LawNet in their engagement with regulatory bodies to help make sure that our clients continue to get the best legal support that they can.
The LawNet Awards were announced on Friday 10th November at the Annual LawNet Conference. We were thrilled that we were the winners of Most Active LawNet firm. Current Managing Partner Steven Payne together with Lisa Carter, who takes over as Managing Partner next year, received the award from Nick Barnes of PKF Francis Clark, the sponsor of the award, Chris Marston, Chief Executive of LawNet and Helen Hamilton-Shaw, LawNet Member Engagement & Strategy Director.
