On returning to the office following our Christmas celebrations, many of our staff and Partners found that they were in receipt of presents that were unsuitable or that they just would not use, so they were delighted to be able to donate them to Farleigh Hospice's "Unwanted Christmas Gift" appeal which was held in early January.
Our CSR team rallied together the "unwanted gifts" and donated them so that they could be used as Raffle Prizes during fundraising events throughout the year and any loose toiletries are given to the Inpatient Unit and Hospice at Home Team to give to their patients and families.
Nothing went to waste; any remaining items were given to their shops to sell and raise funds to help them continue their amazing work.
Farleigh Hospice offers specialist care and support to people with life limiting illnesses and their families. They care and support people in their own homes as well as in their hospices. The funds raised will help them to continue helping anybody affected by a life limiting illness or bereavement in the community and Gepp Solicitors are delighted to have helped in a very small way.
