Changes to termination payments over £30,000

"Chancellor George Osbourne has announced that from 2018, termination payments over £30,000 will be subject to employer's National Insurance contributions (under £30,000.00 is currently free of tax and National Insurance contributions and termination payments over £30,000.00 are currently subject to just tax at the employee's normal rate).
