It's probably a sign you've worked in Private Client for too long when, mid James Bond movie, your mind gets to thinking about whether James Bond has a Will. I think it's reasonable to assume that he would be obliged to given the frequency of the near death scrapes he gets himself in to. If he doesn't, he definitely should!
We may not all live a life quite as colourful as the charismatic Mr Bond, in fact I can confidently say I've never found myself in a high stakes poker game with my life on the line, but does that make a Will for someone like me any less important? In short, no.
