This to many is a taboo subject, especially when approaching parents suggesting they hand over some of their decision making to others.
However its not just for those in that later years of their life, far from it. In recent times what with the onset of COVID, it has become even more important to appoint an attorney to handle not just the decisions regarding our wealth, but also health.
We all know the importance of having a will is to ensure our wishes are carried out on our demise. However what if we are incapacitated and are not able to make decisions for ourselves?
