Since the announcement of another National Lockdown on 4th January, the Office of Public Guardian (OPG) has provided updated guidance for all deputies and attorneys. These guidelines are in the best interest of all parties.

The role and responsibilities of a deputy or attorney remain the same but these roles must adhere to the government's guidance on social distancing and self-isolation.
