Administration Assistant – Full Time
Offsite Storage Unit – Chelmsford
Fixed Term Contract – 6 Months
We have an opportunity for an administration assistant to join the Administration Department at their offsite storage unit in Chelmsford.
The role is to assist with the identification and secure disposal of documents and related items.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Identify shelves of files and documents to be destroyed from company records.
Move files to processing area.
Remove polythene wrappings and dispose of paper files into bins ready for collection.
Dispose of other miscellaneous items into skips, as required.
The work is dirty and dusty. PPE will be provided. You will need to be physically fit as this role will involve lifting.
The site is located on small industrial site which has other commercial activities taking place so Hi-Vis must be worn at all times.
Own transport would be preferable in order to get to the offsite unit.
Full time hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
