Janice Anderson

Chartered Institute of Legal Executives

Janice began her legal career in 1980 at one of the top tier legal firms in Lincoln’s Inn London as their outdoor clerk, where she used to travel around London attending to exchange of contracts and completions in person, before bank transfers and registered titles were commonplace.

She qualified in 1988 as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives during which time she had progressed to becoming a Residential Conveyancer handling a full and varied case load.

After 16 years in London, she took a career break to raise her family, during which time she volunteered as a school librarian, and School Governor.

Janice returned to the Law in 2005 spending time in both high street practices and a large corporate legal firm where she developed a wealth of experience in handling all aspects of residential conveyancing from instruction to completion.

Janice joined the busy Residential Conveyancing Team at Gepps headed by Bakshi Dhanda in 2020 to support the team in the role of title checker and file checker, and to produce the written reports for clients explaining and interpreting their rights and obligations as owners of Property.

Janice has an approachable and professional manner, and is proud to deliver a high standard of client care.

Janice is a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and can therefore act as a Commissioner for Oaths
