Lucy Burns

Lucy Burns is a Licensed Conveyancer in our Residential Conveyancing department.

Lucy has over 15 years of conveyancing experience having worked for local firms in Essex and in the City of London before joining Gepp Solicitors in 2020.

Lucy qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2010 and has covered all aspects of conveyancing transactions, including residential sales and purchases for freehold and leasehold transactions and also right to buys, shared ownership, transfer of equity / re-mortgages and new build transactions.

Lucy specialises in all areas of residential conveyancing for freehold and leasehold transactions.

Lucy assists the Residential Conveyancing Teams within the department and provides friendly legal advice to clients throughout the stages of their individual transactions. Lucy also communicates with all professional parties as part of the transaction and has good relationships with conveyancers / solicitors, estate agents and financial advisors.

Lucy is registered as a Licensed Conveyancer with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers.
