Clare joined Gepp Solicitors in 2020. She has 15 years post qualification experience in commercial and residential property. She completed her law degree at the University of Central Lancashire in Preston, Lancashire and went on to complete her post graduate studies at the College of Law in Chester, Cheshire.
As part of our Commercial Property Team, Clare specialises in all rural and agricultural matters, commercial property and mixed use property transactions. She has spent the last 10 years in managerial and supervisory roles for legal 500 firms in Manchester, London and Essex dealing with residential property. She now acts for a variety of clients dealing with issues such as option agreements, overage agreements, development finance and commercial landlord and tenant. She also deals with complex and high end matters involving mixed use property for the firm.
Clare works alongside clients with her team to provide a bespoke, no-nonsense and efficient service for her clients particularly when issues are complex or time consuming.

Clare is a member of the Land Registry Industry Panel which has represented solicitors and its clients in the wake of the Covid 19 pandemic. She is also a member of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme which assures quality of service throughout residential property transactions.
