Josh Fresle is an Assistant Solicitor in the Employment and Company / Commercial team, having qualified as a Solicitor in October 2023.

Josh joined Gepp Solicitors in 2018 as a member of the admin / facilities team before becoming a Paralegal in our Residential Conveyancing Department in December 2018. He then commenced his training contract with the firm in 2021.

Experience

Josh graduated from Canterbury Christ Church University with First Class Honours in Law in 2018 and completed his Legal Practice Course at BPP with a distinction in 2023.

Specialisms

Josh specialises in a range of employment matters working with employers and employees including disciplinary and grievance issues, employment contracts, settlement agreements, unfair dismissal and discrimination issues. Josh also advises on a variety of company and commercial matters including company incorporation and commercial contracts.
