Georgia Bolton

Solicitor

Having studied Law at Anglia Ruskin University, Georgia started her legal career at Gepp Solicitors as a Paralegal in the Private Client Department in the Autumn of 2015.  After a year of working, Georgia commenced the LPC at BPP in Holborn, London part-time.  In November 2017, having passed all of the core LPC modules, she then began working as a Trainee Solicitor.  In July 2018, Georgia was awarded a Merit in the LPC after two years of hard work.  She qualified in May 2019 and following qualification, Georgia is as a Private Client Solicitor.

Specialisms

As a Paralegal, Georgia worked closely with Lisa Carter in all aspects of Private Client work.  As a Trainee, Georgia was also exposed to cases within the Dispute Resolution Department and has dealt with a range of matters including Contentious Probate.

Georgia is now back in the Private Client Department, has taken a particular interest in 'Court of Protection' issues in relation to vulnerable adults and individuals with learning disabilities and she wishes to broaden her knowledge on these aspects of the law.

Georgia is fluent in Spanish and Valenciano.

Georgia enjoys helping Lisa Carter’s clients through situations that can often be difficult and works hard to help find the most appropriate solution.
