Chris Howe joined Gepp Solicitors in 2018, having previously worked at a well-regarded and locally reputable firm in Hertfordshire.

Chris started his career in residential conveyancing in early 2014. He studied Law at the University of Plymouth and graduated in late 2013.

Specialisms

Chris heads his own team within the Gepp Solicitors Residential Conveyancing Department. The Chris Howe Team deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, new-builds, transfers of equity and re-mortgage transactions.

Chris has a meticulous and precise approach to his work; he cares deeply about achieving the desired outcomes for his clients whilst ensuring thoroughness and accuracy throughout.
