Katie Jackson joined Gepp Solicitors in 2020, as a Licensed Conveyancer within the Residential Conveyancing department.

Experience

Katie started her carrier in conveyancing in 2006 working for a national house builder in their legal department. Katie went on to qualify as a Licenced Conveyancer in 2011. She chose on the job training as opposed to university which has given her years of hands on experience of all aspects of residential conveyancing. Katie has worked in firms both in Essex and London.

Specialisms

Katie advises on all aspects of Residential Conveyancing work including, but not limited to, freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions with a particular interest in higher priced rural and period/listed properties.

Approach

Katie is approachable, friendly and calm while remaining professional. This well equips her in providing advice to clients and dealing with the, sometimes, stressful and time sensitive conveyancing transactions.
