Senior Associate

Gregory is one of the senior solicitors within the Private Client Department. Working closely with Lisa Carter, Managing Partner and Head of Private Client, Gregory assists other members of the team to ensure clients receive the best possible advice coupled with the highest level of service.


Gregory studied law at Bournemouth University before completing his Legal Practice Course at Anglia Ruskin. He then worked as a paralegal for a Chelmsford firm before undertaking his training contract. Gregory qualified as a solicitor in July 2013. Prior to joining the Private Client Team at Gepp Solicitors in May 2017, he had worked for a firm in Hornchurch since qualifying.


Gregory advises on all aspects of Private Client work including and not limited to Declarations of Trust, Estate Planning, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Probate, Trusts and Elderly Client matters. He also works in conjunction to our Dispute Resolution Team with regards to Contested Probate matters.


Gregory is approachable and friendly while remaining professional. This well equips him in dealing with sensitive legal issues as he seeks to provide clients with straightforward solutions to their needs.
