Susan Le-Sage



Susan previously worked for the Metropolitan Police Service, the National Crime Agency and the Home Office before converting to law and qualifying as a solicitor in September 2019. Susan brings over 20 years of relevant work experience to Gepps after having achieved distinction in the LPC and working as a Trainee Solicitor at the firm.


Susan works in the Dispute Resolution department and undertakes a wide variety of matters, with a specific focus on commercial and residential property disputes. Susan specialises in all types of commercial property dealings such as landlord and tenant disputes; she also provides ongoing advice to larger commercial clients with multiple properties, including commercial clients within the agricultural industry.

Susan also deals with all types of residential property matters, including boundary disputes, Section 20 Notices, breach of covenant, as well as landlord and tenant disputes in general.


Susan is approachable, professional and determined and always aims to deliver a high-quality service for all of her clients as cost effectively as possible.
