Increasingly, Peter advises companies and other organisations in respect of regulatory matters including representation at Court should the need arise.

Peter has a growing interest in the representation of professionals before their regulatory bodies. He has experience of representing individuals in such matters and his empathetic approach combined with advocacy skills honed over 2 decades is a perfect fit for this area of law. Peter appreciates that such investigation and hearing can affect a person's career, reputation and livelihood. As such his approach is to try and engage with a professional's regulator at an early stage but should the need to arise then forthright advocacy at any hearing/tribunal is deployed.

Working in this fast paced area of law, Peter's approach is calm and methodical. This ensures he offers the best advice and the highest level of service, ordinarily exceeding his client's expectations.
