Laura Pooley

Laura is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Rural and Commercial Team specialising in Agricultural matters. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2008 and spent a number of years working at a leading regional private practice firm. Laura joined Gepp Solicitors in March 2022.

Specialisms

Laura has a breadth of experience in acting for farmers, landowners and agri-businesses in relation to agricultural property transactions, including freehold sales and purchases, refinancing of land, option, overage and pre-emption agreements and the granting of easements.

Laura further specialises in matters relating to leasehold property work, including commercial lettings of agricultural buildings and advice regarding agricultural tenancies.

She has a particular interest in dealing with large scale and complex first registration applications with the Land Registry.
