Dispute Resolution

Laura advises on all matters relating to dispute resolution work. Her work includes advice on debt collection, landlord and tenant disputes, contentious probate and dilapidation disputes.

Laura is able to relate naturally and confidently to a wide range of people, to understand their needs, influence and empathise, and be able to communicate how she can help. This includes both colleagues and clients, and written communication as well as face-to-face or over the phone.

Laura is pragmatic in her commercial awareness, staying up-to-date on the latest legislative changes and other relevant developments so she understands and appreciates both the big picture as well as the detail that matters when advising clients.
